Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transfer Agent with 3-6 years of relevant experience to process and manage shareholder transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of financial services, focusing on accurate and efficient handling of purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account updates. This position will require a strong ability to assist clients with regulatory compliance and resolve issues related to shareholder records and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process shareholder requests such as purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients in completing required documentation for account transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to shareholder accounts, records, and transfer agency processes.
- Educate clients on transfer agency procedures, policies, and regulatory standards to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, transfer agency best practices, and internal procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the global financial services industry with exposure to treasury management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve complex client issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and other digital tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
