Quality and Operational Readiness
- Ensure program plans address functional and non-functional requirements.
- Coordinate integration, performance, security, privacy, compliance, analytics, and operational testing.
- Confirm monitoring, exception handling, support procedures, production handoffs, and release-governance requirements are completed before launch.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
- Define delivery and product-performance baselines and target metrics.
- Partner with analytics teams to monitor funnel conversion, abandonment, completion time, submission success and failure, adoption, customer-support contacts, volume, margins, and deal count.
- Use performance insights to prioritize post-launch improvements.

That’s why iShare was founded: to be that credible IT partner that cuts through the buzzword clutter to deliver real value by real people. And that starts with doing the basics right.
